Due to our diffusers being handmade, we can only operate a minimum production policy, meaning many components are not stocked for general retail sale. Replacement items are therefore supplied only to existing customers and course delegates. This link is provided exclusively to f:ocus course & kit customers.

Orders that do not match our records will be automatically cancelled and refunded by our system, and the order will not be fulfilled.
