Improve your colour accuracy
Please ensure you input the following settings into your camera body to achieve the correct colour accuracy when using your f:ocus diffusers
White Balance (Select the ‘K’ input)
Set ‘K’ input to 4300K-4700K
Adjust K value up & down until correct
If your camera does not have the K input option: Select the daylight/sunlight preset then locate the WB Shift/Bkt. setting and move the curser towards ‘B’ until the colours look correct and less orange
Picture Style: Use Standard or Neutral

HOW IT WORKS:
Arrange a video call with a f:ocus team member for remote 1 to 1 direct support outside of our hands on course and Facebook online support forum. This is a fast track consultation service not covered by hands on course and home kit purchases. All information to use your f:ocus home kit is included in your box kit, textbook and online Facebook videos. We advise reading these first as they encompass a full day of photography training which is essential to fully learn and embrace dental photography.
Calls are charged at £50 for 30 minutes or £85 for an hour session. Once your order is processed a team member will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for your call.
FTA POLICY: If you miss or cancel your scheduled call without 24 hours’ notice, a 50% rebooking fee will apply to reschedule. This helps us fairly manage our time and resources and serve all clients efficiently.
